Signs your Apple iPhone 15 Pro needs a new battery

If your Apple iPhone 15 Pro is dying well before the day is out, randomly shutting down at 20–30% charge, running noticeably hot during normal use, or the battery health warning has appeared in settings, it's almost always time for a battery replacement. A swollen back or lifting screen is also a battery symptom — stop charging it and bring it in straight away. We fit genuine-quality cells with health calibration and a 1-year warranty, and most batteries are replaced in under 30 minutes.

How do I know if my Apple iPhone 15 Pro screen needs replacing?

Obvious cracks or shattered glass are the easy call, but a screen replacement is also worth booking if you're seeing dead pixels, dark spots or discolouration, lines running across the display, flickering, or spots where touch input doesn't register. We offer Original, Soft OLED, and In-Cell screen grades for the Apple iPhone 15 Pro so you can match quality to budget — every grade comes with our 12-month warranty.

What should I do if my Apple iPhone 15 Pro won't charge?

Before assuming the worst, try a different cable and wall adapter and check the port for visible lint or debris. Most charging issues we see aren't a broken port at all — they're lint buildup and microscopic debris causing a poor connection. Our technicians perform a professional charging port clean and mechanical realignment starting at $39–$49 and always try this first, before recommending a full port replacement.

Can a Apple iPhone 15 Pro be repaired after water damage?

Often, yes — the sooner it comes in, the better the odds. We perform an ultrasonic board clean and corrosion check as a free diagnostic before any component work, so you'll know exactly what's recoverable before you pay anything. If we can't repair it, you don't pay for the attempt.
