On The Spot Mobile looked at the same damage and said yes we certainly repair that…and they did, replacing the screen and screen protector for $270. Now that was quite the saving. “Great experience with On the Spot Mobile Phone Repair Centre. Milad was knowledgable, patient and transparent throughout the whole process. He carefully inspected our Samsung Note 10 in front of us, clearly explaining the issues (damaged touchscreen, SIM connection problem and loose backing) and showing the internal components so we understood exactly what was going on. The repair quote was within the expected range (around $500), and Milad walked us through multiple options without any pressure. We decided to upgrade to a second hand Samsung S23 Ultra 256GB ($810) with a wallet case ($30) and resin glass screen protector ($45), which suited our needs much better. By the next day, another technician had the phone ready and completed the data transfer from the old device to the new one. They even stayed about 20 minutes past closing time to make sure everything finished properly. Really appreciated the honesty, flexibility and extra effort. Highly recommend.”
