Device Condition Guide

Every device is tested before it goes on the shelf. These grades describe cosmetic wear only.

Brand New
Unused stock, sold as new rather than refurbished.
As New
Looks barely used. No marks you would notice on the screen or body in normal light.
Excellent
Light signs of use only. Faint hairline marks may show if you look closely, and the screen stays clear.
Very Good
Visible light scratches or small scuffs on the frame or back. Any screen marks are faint and do not affect use.
Good
Noticeable scratches, scuffs, or small dents from everyday use. The device is fully tested; the wear is cosmetic.
